Medical Services
As a result of registering and paying fees, all Cal Poly students are entitled to outpatient medical services at no additional charge. Services include:
- Primary Physician and Nursing Care
- Routine Laboratory Tests
- Routine X-ray Procedures
- Men's/Women's Health Care
- Health Education Programs in Nutrition, Alcohol & Drug Awareness, Sexuality & Lifestyle Wellness
On A Limited Basis By Appointment:
- Specialty Clinics in Orthopedics
- Oral Health Consultation
The Following are Available for an Additional Charge:
- Pharmacy Items (Prescription & Over-the-Counter Items)
- Certain Lab Tests when Specimens are Sent Off Campus for Processing (i.e. Chem Panel, Pap)
- Immunizations
- Orthopedic Supplies
- Chlamydia & TM Cultures
- Required Physical Examinations
- Hearing Tests
- Optometry
FOR ANY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT A $20 NO-SHOW FEE MAY BE ASSESSED FOR FAILURE TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT. Appointments may be scheduled and cancelled by calling 756-1211 or by using the Mustang Health Portal
